In a large skillet, melt 4 Tablespoons of Butter and 2 Tablespoons of Bacon grease. Add 4 Tablespoons of Flour and wisk. If too stiff, add more Butter. If too thin, add more Flour.
Brown for a couple of minutes over med. heat.
Add 4 Cups Milk and stir with wisk until thick and bubbly. This will take several minutes.
Enjoy over hot biscuits!
